Nice to meet you! My name is Anastasiia and I am a UX/UI designer.

I’m a UX/UI Designer based in Helsingborg, Sweden, creating modern, clear and user-focused digital products. I work across the full design process—from research and user flows to high-fidelity interfaces and design systems—with a strong focus on usability and visual clarity. I’m comfortable working with modern tools and technologies such as Figma, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui and Framer, and I enjoy collaborating closely with developers to deliver polished, production-ready solutions.
Before moving into design, I spent several years in aviation, working in international teams and eventually becoming responsible for training documentation. Project 1 (Comprehend.dev - Software Architecture Management Platform)
• Restructured application navigation and key screens, and led a UI overhaul to improve visual hierarchy, layout consistency, and interaction clarity, making complex system architecture easier to understand and more scalable.
• Designed interaction patterns for an AI-assisted collaboration system, including three discussion modes (Private, Shared, AI) and workflows for reviewing and responding to AI proposals. Transformed discussions into a structured AI-driven tool, improving collaboration and making complex technical information easier to understand and act on.
• Designed the marketing website and onboarding experience, defining an AI-focused direction and structuring content to help first-time users understand the product.
• Worked closely with developers to implement components and maintain a consistent design system using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui. As the sole designer in a small team, partnered with the product owner and developers, contributing to product direction and shaping key design decisions.
Project 2 (SAM Next - Fuel Station Management System)
• Contributed to the redesign of a large-scale internal system used across gas stations in Sweden, improving usability and efficiency of daily operations. Redesigned the sidebar and main navigation, restructuring content hierarchy and user flows to improve clarity and speed of use.
• Designed complex operational forms and established consistent layouts and interaction states (read, edit, error), optimizing structure, validation, and error prevention while reducing user confusion and improving overall usability.
• Designed a QR-based feature for equipment workflows, from defining user flows and creating wireframes to iterating and delivering final UI in collaboration with stakeholders.
• As the sole designer on the project, worked closely with developers and stakeholders to align design decisions with business and technical requirements, contributing to implementation and working with shadcn/ui and AG Grid.
